Refund and Cancellation Policy

- This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between SSVInfotech.Com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the User (“Customer,” “you”) regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests for the QuickHRM SaaS platform (www.quickhrm.in).
- By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
1. Subscription Model & Free Trial
- Trial Period: QuickHRM may offer a limited-time free trial or demo. Customers are strongly encouraged to evaluate the software’s suitability before making any payment.
- Commitment: Upon activation of a paid subscription, it is deemed that the Customer has reviewed, tested, and accepted the software as suitable for their HR management needs.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by sending a formal email request to info@ssvinfotech.com.
- Effective Date: Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle. Access will continue until the prepaid term expires.
- Data Export Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for exporting all employee records, payroll data, and reports before the subscription expires. Platform access and stored Data will be terminated immediately after expiration.
3. Refund Policy
- Strict No Refund Policy: QuickHRM is a digital SaaS product provided on an “AS IS” basis. SSVInfotech.Com follows a strict No Refund policy.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: No refunds will be issued for unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions.
- No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, non-usage, or if the Customer decides to discontinue using the software.
- Technical Limitations: Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from the Customer’s hardware, internet connectivity, internal errors, or third-party service failures.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a documented and prolonged server-side failure directly attributable to the Company (excluding scheduled maintenance), the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide a service credit or subscription extension. No cash refunds shall be issued.
4. Termination by Company
- Breach of Terms: If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
- Fraud or Misconduct: Any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity will result in immediate termination without notice and without refund.
5. Modifications to Pricing
The Company reserves the right to revise subscription fees at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future renewal periods. Existing prepaid subscriptions remain unaffected until their next renewal date.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes relating to billing, payments, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India.
